The retail audit is a sales management tool used to manage sales within the retail sector. It is done monthly, bi – monthly or weekly cycle to give answers to questions such as:

  • What is the market or shelve share of the pie do I have?
  • How widely available is my brand?
  • What type of activities performed by the competitors in the market?
  • What is the price index and map looks like for all SKUs of all competitors?
